Refund & Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing online in Norway, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods. This right is provided under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

You are not required to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been opened and used, where the seal on the packaging has been broken and the product is not suitable for return for hygiene and health protection reasons (in accordance with Angrerettloven § 22(1)(e));
• Goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specification;
• Goods that have deteriorated or expired.

Asteronix capsules in sealed, unopened packaging are fully eligible for return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may do so by:

• Sending a clear written statement by email to: correspondence-@graxylonoehrexia.world, including your name, order number, and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract;
• Using the standard withdrawal form as provided in the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (you may use the model form set out in Appendix 1 of the Angrerettloven, though this is not mandatory).

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

4. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your intent to withdraw, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit during return.

Returned goods must be:

• In their original, unopened packaging;
• In a resalable condition, free from damage;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order reference number.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first (in accordance with Angrerettloven § 25).

If you are entitled to a full refund, we will refund the full order value including standard delivery charges (if any were charged). You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods were defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 years of delivery (your statutory warranty period under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act — Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 27). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
